COFFEE-SHOP-CAFÉ-MANAGEMENT-TRAINING

This single-day workshop offers comprehensive training for coffee shops, bakery, and cafe owners, as well as their managers. It covers essential business operations and management skills required for effectively running a coffee shop.

Our team of coffee business experts has designed a management training program with a focus on making the course curriculum easy to understand and absorb. The program emphasizes key factors that can have the biggest impact on a coffee shop’s day-to-day operations. It is suitable for existing coffee shops and for shops that have recently hired or promoted a new manager. This training course will equip students with practical knowledge of effective team leadership and operations management, specifically relating to the company’s customer needs, employee needs, and store needs. Each student will receive a detailed binder of class notes and management resource materials to take home.

If your employees also require coffee and barista training, please register them for our upcoming session.

2-Day Barista Training Class too. That’s all they’ll need!

This class is intended for coffee shops that are already operational and seek to enhance their management processes or provide training for management staff. It does not include barista training, business planning, equipment recommendations, etc. If you are in the process of opening a coffee shop business, our 3-Day Coffee Business Master Class covers all the necessary information, tools, and training, including what is provided in this course.
