Our Espresso & Milk Skills Class is a popular full-day barista training program that caters to the needs of both home enthusiasts and working baristas. We provide hands-on training in our state-of-the-art facility, teaching the skills necessary for preparing the highest quality espresso and milk-based drinks. Our course covers the recognized science and reasoning behind the techniques we teach, ensuring that participants acquire not just practical skills, but a deeper understanding of the craft. By the end of the program, participants will feel confident in their ability to use an espresso machine, calibrate an espresso grinder, steam and texture milk, create all the classic espresso-based drinks, and clean and maintain equipment!
